Free Tutorial - Peculiar Corners Part 2

For an inner corner, start as usual in the middle of a straight part, and sew to the corner - I have put a pin in to show where to stop. Back-tack as before and take the work out of the machine
Tip the binding out of the way and snip into the corner exactly to the stitching line as shown (it's a much better idea to sew, then snip, as you can see what is happening)
Start the stitching a little way back and when you get to the corner again, pull the quilt edge underneath so that it is in a straight line under the binding. Sew across, then continue to the next corner...
When you turn the binding over there will be a little crumple like sew...
Push the mitre into shape with a pointy tool, and stitch it down when you are finishing the binding..
