Modern Art QuiltersPart One - Choosing a Project
| |||||||
PLEASE start small. You may have a hankering to make a double-king-size quilt for your beloved niece's wedding in three weeks time, but, believe me, you can't do that yet. A bag, a cushion, a table mat. Yes, unexciting, but achievable and finishable and not going to make you learn new Bad Words. The skills take a bit of practice, and you may well hate the project long before you get near to the end... ![]() And this is another version from exactly the same patterns Don't be afraid to ask for advice, and always try out a block before you commit to the cutting mat - it may be the colour you like, not the pattern |
